In addition to the two Kävlinge teams, 58 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 C2. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK 1 could be found in Group 6 together with Tomelilla IF, Ystads IF HF 2, Göinge HK, Växjö HF 1, Alingsås HK 2, IF Guif Eskilstuna 2, IK Lågan Hörby, IFK Tumba Sthlm 1 and Näsby Handboll 1.

Kävlinge HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Tollarps IF 2 with 6-7. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over H43 Lund 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 C2.
