Strömberg HC MKH

Strömberg HC was one of 324 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.

In addition to Strömberg HC, 59 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Strömberg HC could be found in Group 1 together with Markaryd Old Star, Rimbos Föräldrar hjältar, Kapellgatans IF and Los Pollos Hermanos.

Strömberg HC continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Utvecklingsklassen with 8-9. In the Final, Mmm Tacos won over Svetten Rinner and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar.

Strömberg comes from Malmö which lies approximately 92 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Malmö does also provide 71 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016 (Among others: H43 Lund, Trelleborg HBK, Eslövs HF, Alpha Hanarna, ICA Jägaren, Eslövs IK, IFK Klagshamn, GW Landskrona HK, Lokomotiv Gunnesbo and Kävlinge HK).
