Wild Ones ÖKD

Gold medal! Won the entire B-Slutspel! Congratulations!

Wild Ones was one of 324 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Damer.

In addition to Wild Ones, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Wild Ones could be found in Group 3 together with InTeern, "Vi har också mutat domaren", Åhus Handboll, BK Halvmiss, Falköpings AIK HK, Ellisarna med flera and Halmstad Handboll.

Wild Ones made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Stavstens vänner 2, which they won with 12-10. Thereby Wild Ones won the entire B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.

Wild Ones comes from Höör which lies approximately 49 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Höör does also provide 87 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016 (Among others: Vinslövs HK, H43 Lund, Eslövs HF, H 65 Höör, IK Lågan Hörby, Alpha Hanarna, ICA Jägaren, Eslövs IK, Tollarps IF and HK Björnen Sjöbo).
