Rsyd was one of 324 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.
In addition to Rsyd, 59 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Rsyd could be found in Group 9 together with Vi ballar ur, Genföreningen H43, Team Tylösand and Grabbarna Grus. Rsyd continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lars-Adrian with 5-13. In the Final, Mmm Tacos won over Svetten Rinner and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar. Rsyd comes from Eslöv which lies approximately 63 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
