In addition to Trelleborg HBK, 39 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 E. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Trelleborg HBK could be found in Group 5 together with Tomelilla IF 2, Ystads IF HF -08 blå, Bjärnums HK and Växjö HF 1.
Trelleborg HBK made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Ystads IF HF 2, which they won with 8-6.
