In addition to Dalhems IF Malmö, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Dalhems IF Malmö could be found in Group 1 together with Beeeasssly, Stavstens vänner 2, dead man walking, Hej Sash, Uppsala HK, Team RYDBERGS BEA and "Vi har mutat domaren".

Dalhems IF Malmö continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against BK Halvmiss with 7-12. In the Final, Wild Ones won over Stavstens vänner 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer.
