Uffes Brudar made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IK Lågan Hörby, which they won with 15-9. Thereby Uffes Brudar won the entire A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.

Uffes Brudar comes from Lund which lies approximately 75 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
