Almostpromkings ÖKH

Almostpromkings was one of 324 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar.

In addition to Almostpromkings, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Almostpromkings could be found in Group 3 together with Lasse spadez, Blom City Acadamy HK, Team Thorsson, Sannadals, Danny D & the Chewbaccafaccas, Mormors pojkar and Sörhaga HK.

Almostpromkings continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Fyrasvenskarendansk with 9-12. In the Final, Mormors pojkar won over Lasse spadez and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar.

Almostpromkings comes from LUND which lies approximately 75 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around LUND does also provide 86 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016 (Among others: H43 Lund, Trelleborg HBK, Eslövs HF, H 65 Höör, IK Lågan Hörby, Alpha Hanarna, ICA Jägaren, Eslövs IK, IFK Klagshamn and GW Landskrona HK).
