Silver medal! Reached second place in C-Slutspel

In addition to the three Kristianstad teams, 42 other teams played in Flickor 2000 A1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Kristianstad HK 1 could be found in Group 4 together with LUGI HF 1, Borlänge HK 1, IFK Tumba Sthlm 1, Skara HF 1, Näsby Handboll 2, H 65 Höör 2, Gustavsbergs IF HK 1 and Alingsås HK.

Kristianstad HK 1 made it to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Kärra HF Göteborg with 8-10. Thereby Kristianstad HK 1 finished second in F00 C-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
