In addition to the three Kristianstad teams, 42 other teams played in Flickor 2000 A1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Kristianstad HK 2 could be found in Group 3 together with H 65 Höör 1, Finspångs HK, KFUM Lundagård, Eslövs IK, Borlänge HK 2, Skara HF 2, Uppsala HK 1 and Rimbo HK Roslagen.

Kristianstad HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against H 65 Höör 2 with 9-10. In the Final, IFK Tumba Sthlm 1 won over H 65 Höör 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2000 A1.
