Hässleholms HF was one of 284 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They participated with four teams in Pojkar 2008 E, Pojkar 2001 A1 and Flickor 2008 E respectively. Three teams played until 1/4 Final in C-Slutspel; Flickor 2008 E 1 lost against Bjärnums HK 1 by 3-5, Flickor 2008 E 2 lost against IFK Malmö HF 2 by 3-8 and Pojkar 2001 A1 lost against IFK Kristianstad 4 by 9-10.

In addition to this, Hässleholms HF have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016, Hässleholms had 4 teams playing in Pojkar 2007 E, Pojkar 2001 B2 and Flickor 1999 A2 respectively. Two teams played until 1/4 Final in B-Slutspel; Pojkar 2001 B2 lost against Kävlinge HK 2 by 9-11 and Flickor 1999 A2 1 lost against Uppsala HK 1 by 8-12.
