In addition to the two Guif Eskilstuna teams, 48 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 D1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IF Guif Eskilstuna 2 could be found in Group 4 together with HK Hök Laholm, Alingsås HK 1, Växjö HF 2, Ystads IF HF 1, IFK Kristianstad 2, Eslövs HF 3, Åhus Handboll 5, Bjärnums HK and LVHK Lödde 2.
IF Guif Eskilstuna 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Kungsbacka with 5-11. In the Final, Trelleborg HBK won over HK Aranäs Kungsbacka and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 D1. IF Guif Eskilstuna also participated in Pojkar 2007 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
