In addition to the three Alingsås teams, 47 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 D1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 1 could be found in Group 4 together with HK Hök Laholm, Växjö HF 2, Ystads IF HF 1, IFK Kristianstad 2, Eslövs HF 3, Åhus Handboll 5, IF Guif Eskilstuna 2, Bjärnums HK and LVHK Lödde 2.
Alingsås HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eslövs HF 3 with 1-9. In the Final, Eslövs HF 3 won over IF Guif Eskilstuna 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 D1. Alingsås HK also participated in Pojkar 2007 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
