In addition to the 5 Alingsås teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 5 could be found in Group 4 together with Halmstad Handboll 1, IFK Tumba Sthlm 3, IFK Kristianstad 4, Önnereds HK Gbg Lag 2, LVHK Lödde 2, Ronneby HK 1, Växjö HF 2, Ystads IF HF 1 and Åhus Handboll 3.

Alingsås HK 5 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby 1 with 5-16. In the Final, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

Alingsås HK also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 7-14.
