In addition to the 5 Alingsås teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 4 could be found in Group 6 together with Uppsala HK 3, Göinge HK, Hultsfreds HF, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1, IK Lågan Hörby 2, IFK Kristianstad 2, IF Guif Eskilstuna 1, Lugi HF 3 and Kävlinge HK.

Alingsås HK 4 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Malmö HF with 8-9. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over Åhus Handboll 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

Alingsås HK also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 7-14.
