In addition to the two Alingsås teams, 88 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Kristianstad HK 6, Uppsala HK, Sannadals SK Stockholm, LVHK Lödde 2, Falu HK, Eslövs IK 3, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 4, Tollarps IF and Göinge HK.

Alingsås HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Älta IF Stockholm 1 with 7-8. In the Final, Älta IF Stockholm 2 won over Åhus Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

Alingsås HK also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 1 with 6-10.
