In addition to Uppsala HK, 89 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK could be found in Group 4 together with Kristianstad HK 6, Sannadals SK Stockholm, LVHK Lödde 2, Falu HK, Eslövs IK 3, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 4, Alingsås HK 2, Tollarps IF and Göinge HK.

Uppsala HK continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Karlskrona Handboll 2 with 6-7. In the Final, Eslövs IK 5 won over Torslanda HK Göteborg 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 2 with 8-14.
