In addition to the two Karlskrona teams, 88 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Karlskrona Handboll 2 could be found in Group 9 together with Kärra HF Göteborg 1, Halmstad Handboll 3, Huddinge HK Sthlm, Alingsås HK 1, AIK Handbollsförening 1, Kristianstad HK 3, Staffanstorps HK 3, Eslövs IK 2 and Ystads IF HF.

Karlskrona Handboll 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby with 3-9. In the Final, Eslövs IK 5 won over Torslanda HK Göteborg 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

Karlskrona Handboll also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 1 with 3-5.
