In addition to the three Karlskrona teams, 67 other teams played in Flickor 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Karlskrona Handboll 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Kävlinge HK 1, Kristianstad HK 2, Kärra HF Göteborg, IFK Bankeryd, Vinslövs HK 1, Lugi HF 3, Staffanstorps HK 2, Hanviken Handboll and IK Lågan Hörby 1.

Karlskrona Handboll 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Växjö HF with 6-7. In the Final, Kävlinge HK 1 won over Kristianstad HK 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2004 C2.

Karlskrona Handboll also participated in Flickor 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in F04 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 2 with 6-10.
