In addition to the three Lugi teams, 67 other teams played in Flickor 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 3 could be found in Group 4 together with Kävlinge HK 1, Kristianstad HK 2, Kärra HF Göteborg, IFK Bankeryd, Karlskrona Handboll 2, Vinslövs HK 1, Staffanstorps HK 2, Hanviken Handboll and IK Lågan Hörby 1.

Lugi HF 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Huddinge HK Sthlm 2 with 10-14. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 3 won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2004 C2.

Lugi HF also participated in Flickor 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the Semi final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK 2 with 7-13.
