In addition to the four Lugi teams, 66 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 4 could be found in Group 5 together with Halmstad Handboll 3, LVHK Lödde 1, Uppsala HK 4, Eslövs HF 2, Karlskrona Handboll 2, Alingsås HK 3, IFK Kristianstad 5, GF Kroppskultur Uddevalla Grön and Ystads IF HF 2.

Lugi HF 4 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 3 with 10-11. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over Åhus Handboll 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

LUGI HF also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the Semi final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 3 with 13-17.
