In addition to the two Karlskrona teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Karlskrona Handboll 2 could be found in Group 5 together with Halmstad Handboll 3, LVHK Lödde 1, Uppsala HK 4, Eslövs HF 2, Lugi HF 4, Alingsås HK 3, IFK Kristianstad 5, GF Kroppskultur Uddevalla Grön and Ystads IF HF 2.
Karlskrona Handboll 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against HK Cliff with 5-9. In the Final, Växjö HF 2 won over HK Cliff and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1. Karlskrona Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
