In addition to the two Karlskrona teams, 77 other teams played in Pojkar 2005 C1. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Karlskrona Handboll 1 could be found in Group 6 together with H43 Lund 1, Kävlinge HK 2, IK Sävehof Partille 1, Västerås Irsta HF 2, Vinslövs HK 2, IFK Ystad HK 2, HK Hök Laholm, Täby HBK Sthlm 3 and Åhus Handboll 2.
Karlskrona Handboll 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 5 with 6-7. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 4 won over H 78 Sölvesborg and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005 C1. Karlskrona Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2005 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016.
