In addition to the two Karlskrona teams, 48 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 D1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Karlskrona Handboll 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Alingsås HK 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Halmstad Handboll 3, Veberöds HK, Åhus Handboll 1, H 65 Höör, IFK Bankeryd 2, Vinslövs HK 1 and Åhus Handboll 6.

Karlskrona Handboll 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Ankaret Bjärred with 5-10. In the Final, Tomelilla IF won over Halmstad Handboll 3 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 D1.
