In addition to the two Lågan Hörby teams, 48 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 D1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Alingsås HK 2, Halmstad Handboll 3, Veberöds HK, Åhus Handboll 1, H 65 Höör, IFK Bankeryd 2, Vinslövs HK 1, Åhus Handboll 6 and Karlskrona Handboll 1.

IK Lågan Hörby 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Trelleborg HBK with 4-10. In the Final, Trelleborg HBK won over HK Aranäs Kungsbacka and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 D1.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Pojkar 2007 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the Semi final in P07 C-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Ankaret Bjärred 2 with 4-7.
