In addition to IK Lågan Hörby, 89 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby could be found in Group 2 together with Sollentuna HK, Halmstad Handboll 2, Gökstens BK Torshälla 2, Falköpings AIK HK 1, IFK Malmö HF 2, Eslövs IK 4, Åhus Handboll 4, HK Hök Laholm and Kristianstad HK 1.

IK Lågan Hörby continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against AIK Handbollsförening 2 with 8-9. In the Final, Eslövs IK 5 won over Torslanda HK Göteborg 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Borlänge HK 2 with 5-8.
