In addition to the two Lågan Hörby teams, 68 other teams played in Flickor 2004 C2. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 1 could be found in Group 4 together with Kävlinge HK 1, Kristianstad HK 2, Kärra HF Göteborg, IFK Bankeryd, Karlskrona Handboll 2, Vinslövs HK 1, Lugi HF 3, Staffanstorps HK 2 and Hanviken Handboll.

IK Lågan Hörby 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 3 with 6-14. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 3 won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2004 C2.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Flickor 2004 C1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 4 with 8-9.
