In addition to the two Lågan Hörby teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Uppsala HK 3, Göinge HK, Hultsfreds HF, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1, IFK Kristianstad 2, IF Guif Eskilstuna 1, Lugi HF 3, Kävlinge HK and Alingsås HK 4.

IK Lågan Hörby 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 5-14. In the Final, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 10-12.
