In addition to the two Guif Eskilstuna teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IF Guif Eskilstuna 1 could be found in Group 6 together with Uppsala HK 3, Göinge HK, Hultsfreds HF, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1, IK Lågan Hörby 2, IFK Kristianstad 2, Lugi HF 3, Kävlinge HK and Alingsås HK 4.

IF Guif Eskilstuna 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 2 with 7-11. In the Final, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

IF Guif Eskilstuna also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in P03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund 1 with 6-10.
