In addition to the two Vinslövs teams, 48 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 D1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Vinslövs HK 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Alingsås HK 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Halmstad Handboll 3, Veberöds HK, Åhus Handboll 1, H 65 Höör, IFK Bankeryd 2, Åhus Handboll 6 and Karlskrona Handboll 1.

Vinslövs HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against LVHK Lödde 1 with 4-5. In the Final, Trelleborg HBK won over HK Aranäs Kungsbacka and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 D1.

Vinslövs HK also participated in Pojkar 2007 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in P07 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Tollarps IF 1 with 10-11.
