In addition to Vinslövs HK, 77 other teams played in Pojkar 2002 B2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Vinslövs HK could be found in Group 7 together with IFK Kristianstad 3, Tyresö Handboll, Svedala HK, Ystads IF HF 1, HK Eklöven, Uppsala HK 1, HK Guldkroken Hjo and Eslövs HF 2.

Vinslövs HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IK Sävehof Partille with 4-6. In the Final, LVHK Lödde 1 won over HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2002 B2.

Vinslövs HK also participated in Pojkar 2002 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P02 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 1 with 7-10.
