In addition to IK Sävehof Partille, 77 other teams played in Pojkar 2002 B2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Sävehof Partille could be found in Group 3 together with Rimbo HK Roslagen, Åhus Handboll 1, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1, HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm, LVHK Lödde 1, IF Malmö Redhawks, Ljunghusens HK 2 and Kävlinge HK.

IK Sävehof Partille continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 5 with 8-14. In the Final, LVHK Lödde 1 won over HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2002 B2.

IK Sävehof Partille also participated in Pojkar 2002 B1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P02 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Hammarby IF Sthlm with 8-9.
