In addition to the two Sävehof Partille teams, 77 other teams played in Pojkar 2005 C1. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Sävehof Partille 1 could be found in Group 6 together with H43 Lund 1, Kävlinge HK 2, Västerås Irsta HF 2, Vinslövs HK 2, IFK Ystad HK 2, HK Hök Laholm, Karlskrona Handboll 1, Täby HBK Sthlm 3 and Åhus Handboll 2.

IK Sävehof Partille 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 2 with 9-14. In the Final, H43 Lund 3 won over LVHK Lödde 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005 C1.

IK Sävehof Partille also participated in Pojkar 2005 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Hammarby IF Sthlm with 6-7.
