In addition to HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm, 77 other teams played in Pojkar 2002 B2. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm could be found in Group 3 together with Rimbo HK Roslagen, IK Sävehof Partille, Åhus Handboll 1, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1, LVHK Lödde 1, IF Malmö Redhawks, Ljunghusens HK 2 and Kävlinge HK.
