In addition to the two Vinslövs teams, 45 other teams played in Flickor 2000 A2. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Vinslövs HK 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Lugi HF 1, Tingsryds HK, HK Ankaret Bjärred, Uppsala HK Mix, Skara HF 1, IFK Kristianstad 2, Spånga HK Stockholm 1 and Tyresö Handboll 1.

Vinslövs HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Ankaret Bjärred with 6-11. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over IFK Tumba Sthlm IFK Tumba and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2000 A2.

Vinslövs HK also participated in Flickor 2000 A1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in F00 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Kärra HF Göteborg with 4-8.
