In addition to Veberöds HK, 49 other teams played in Pojkar 2007 D1. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Veberöds HK could be found in Group 5 together with Alingsås HK 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Halmstad Handboll 3, Åhus Handboll 1, H 65 Höör, IFK Bankeryd 2, Vinslövs HK 1, Åhus Handboll 6 and Karlskrona Handboll 1.

Veberöds HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 5 with 5-6. In the Final, Eslövs HF 3 won over IF Guif Eskilstuna 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007 D1.
