In addition to the two Lugi teams, 45 other teams played in Flickor 2000 A2. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 2 could be found in Group 2 together with HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm 1, Trelleborg HBK 2, Djurgårdshofs IK, IFK Kristianstad 1, Särökometernas HK, Vinslövs HK 2, Sorunda IF Sthlm, H43 Lund 1 and Åhus Handboll 3.

Lugi HF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK with 6-8. In the Final, Trelleborg HBK 1 won over Eslövs IK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2000 A2.

LUGI HF also participated in Flickor 2000 A1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in F00 A-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm 1 with 10-11.
