In addition to the two Vinslövs teams, 45 other teams played in Flickor 2000 A2. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Vinslövs HK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with HK Silwing/Troja Sthlm 1, Trelleborg HBK 2, Djurgårdshofs IK, Lugi HF 2, IFK Kristianstad 1, Särökometernas HK, Sorunda IF Sthlm, H43 Lund 1 and Åhus Handboll 3.

Vinslövs HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby with 1-6. In the Final, GW Landskrona HK won over IK Lågan Hörby and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2000 A2.

Vinslövs HK also participated in Flickor 2000 A1 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in F00 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Kärra HF Göteborg with 4-8.
