In addition to the three Lugi teams, 87 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 3 could be found in Group 1 together with Halmstad Handboll 1, Kristianstad HK 4, Eslövs IK 1, LVHK Lödde 1, Spånga HK Stockholm 1, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1, Åhus Handboll 2, Kärra HF Göteborg 2 and AIK Handbollsförening 2.

Lugi HF 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kungälvs HK with 6-9. In the Final, Eslövs IK 5 won over Torslanda HK Göteborg 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

LUGI HF also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 2 with 11-14.
