In addition to the two Kärra Göteborg teams, 88 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Kärra HF Göteborg 1 could be found in Group 9 together with Halmstad Handboll 3, Karlskrona Handboll 2, Huddinge HK Sthlm, Alingsås HK 1, AIK Handbollsförening 1, Kristianstad HK 3, Staffanstorps HK 3, Eslövs IK 2 and Ystads IF HF.

Kärra HF Göteborg 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK 4 with 8-9. In the Final, Älta IF Stockholm 2 won over Åhus Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

Kärra HF Göteborg also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund with 10-17.
