In addition to the two Alingsås teams, 88 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 1 could be found in Group 9 together with Kärra HF Göteborg 1, Halmstad Handboll 3, Karlskrona Handboll 2, Huddinge HK Sthlm, AIK Handbollsförening 1, Kristianstad HK 3, Staffanstorps HK 3, Eslövs IK 2 and Ystads IF HF.

Alingsås HK 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IK Bolton Sthlm with 4-5. In the Final, Eslövs IK 5 won over Torslanda HK Göteborg 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

Alingsås HK also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 1 with 6-10.
