In addition to the two Alingsås teams, 38 other teams played in Flickor 2007 D1. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 1 could be found in Group 3 together with H43 Lund 2, Rimbo HK Roslagen, Kristianstad HK 1, Huddinge HK Sthlm 1, Tollarps IF, H 65 Höör 1, Gökstens BK Torshälla, Staffanstorps HK and Ystads IF HF.

Alingsås HK 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ronneby HK with 4-5. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over Ronneby HK and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2007 D1.

Alingsås HK also participated in Flickor 2007 E during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the Semi final in F07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ljunghusens HK 1 with 6-7.
