In addition to Ystads IF HF, 39 other teams played in Flickor 2007 D1. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF could be found in Group 3 together with H43 Lund 2, Rimbo HK Roslagen, Kristianstad HK 1, Huddinge HK Sthlm 1, Alingsås HK 1, Tollarps IF, H 65 Höör 1, Gökstens BK Torshälla and Staffanstorps HK.
Ystads IF HF made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IFK Bankeryd, which they won with 8-3.
