In addition to the 5 Ystads teams, 74 other teams played in Pojkar 2005 C1. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 1 could be found in Group 4 together with Raklev G&I, Danmark 1, IFK Kristianstad 4, Spånga HK Stockholm, IFK Strängnäs, H 65 Höör 2, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 5, Eslövs HF 2 and Vinslövs HK 3.

Ystads IF HF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Raklev G&I, Danmark 2 with 8-11. In the Final, H43 Lund 3 won over LVHK Lödde 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005 C1.

Ystads IF HF also participated in Pojkar 2005 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in P05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against LVHK Lödde 2 with 5-7.
