In addition to Tollarps IF, 89 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Tollarps IF could be found in Group 4 together with Kristianstad HK 6, Uppsala HK, Sannadals SK Stockholm, LVHK Lödde 2, Falu HK, Eslövs IK 3, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 4, Alingsås HK 2 and Göinge HK.

Tollarps IF continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Vadstena HF 2 with 7-8. In the Final, Eslövs IK 5 won over Torslanda HK Göteborg 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

Tollarps IF also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/4 Final in F03 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Näsby Handboll 1 with 5-6.
