In addition to the two Lågan Hörby teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IK Lågan Hörby 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Alingsås HK 2, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 2, IFK Kristianstad 1, Karlskrona Handboll 1, IF Guif Eskilstuna 2, HK Cliff, Eslövs HF 4, Åhus Handboll 2 and Lugi HF 1.

IK Lågan Hörby 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 with 9-10. In the Final, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

IK Lågan Hörby also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 10-12.
