In addition to the two Karlskrona teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Karlskrona Handboll 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Alingsås HK 2, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 2, IFK Kristianstad 1, IF Guif Eskilstuna 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, HK Cliff, Eslövs HF 4, Åhus Handboll 2 and Lugi HF 1.

Karlskrona Handboll 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Växjö HF 2 with 5-8. In the Final, Växjö HF 2 won over HK Cliff and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

Karlskrona Handboll also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in P03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against LUGI HF 1 with 5-9.
