In addition to the two Guif Eskilstuna teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IF Guif Eskilstuna 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Alingsås HK 2, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 2, IFK Kristianstad 1, Karlskrona Handboll 1, IK Lågan Hörby 1, HK Cliff, Eslövs HF 4, Åhus Handboll 2 and Lugi HF 1.

IF Guif Eskilstuna 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eslövs HF 3 with 9-15. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over Åhus Handboll 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

IF Guif Eskilstuna also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/8 Final in P03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund 1 with 6-10.
