In addition to the 5 Alingsås teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2003 B1. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 2 could be found in Group 1 together with HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 2, IFK Kristianstad 1, Karlskrona Handboll 1, IF Guif Eskilstuna 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, HK Cliff, Eslövs HF 4, Åhus Handboll 2 and Lugi HF 1.

Alingsås HK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 2 with 14-15. In the Final, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 1 won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003 B1.

Alingsås HK also participated in Pojkar 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 7-14.
