In addition to the two Gökstens Torshälla teams, 88 other teams played in Flickor 2003 B1. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Gökstens BK Torshälla 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Torslanda HK Göteborg 1, Älta IF Stockholm 1, Lugi HF 1, Ronneby HK, Åhus Handboll 1, HK Aranäs Kungsbacka 3, Staffanstorps HK 2, H 65 Höör 2 and Borlänge HK 1.

Gökstens BK Torshälla 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK 1 with 10-11. In the Final, H43 Lund won over Kristianstad HK 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2003 B1.

Gökstens BK Torshälla also participated in Flickor 2003 C2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2016. They reached the 1/16 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Huddinge HK Sthlm 2 with 6-7.
